Direction of Roof
The ideal azimuth (or direction) your roof should face is South. The sun travels through the sky from the East to West in a southernly direction. This direction ensures maximum exposure to sunlight.
Roof Age & Condition
Three things we look for in the perfect roof: age, space, and condition. The ideal roof is under 15 years old, without many obstructions, like skylights or vent pipes, and no damage. Ask about including a new roof with zero money down.
Shade & Obstuctions
Does your property get plenty of sunlight throughout the day? If not, tree removal is available. We’d rather not so we’ll do our best to design a system around any obstacles.2
Utility Bill Over $75
You may pay only $75 now, but in 10 years, studies show that will be double. Solar is price protection for the next few decades.2
Credit Score
Most financiers look for scores above 650 to qualify. For customers concerned with qualifying, we have access to other products that look for 6-12 months of on-time utility bill payments (only available in certain markets).
